  • The Resort is located into a small tropical jungle, with lovely hummingbirds, butterflies, squirrels and insects. For your own safety please keep doors and windows closed.
Do you organise transportation to and from Phuket Airport?
  • Yes, we provide transportation to and from Phuket Airport by:
  • car (850 THB each way, 3 guests max)
  • minivan (1500 THB each way, 7 guests max)

• Our airport representative will stand by at the meeting point area maximum 1 hours after flight landing time.

What are the check-in and check-out times at BVR resort?
  • Check-in for our guests, is at 2.00 PM 
  • Check-out is at 12.00 noon.

  • There is available, however, luggage storage for guests arriving before or or have to leave in the late afternoon or evening.
If I arrive very late at night will I have problems checking in?

Not at all. The reception is open at all hours of the night for the check-in.

Is it possible to make an early check in?

We can not guarantee. This depends on the actual availability of the room. We suggest that you request it when booking.

Is it possible to make a late check-out?

This depends on the availability of the room to be prepared for the next check-in. We suggest that you ask at the reception.

Can you take care of my luggage when i leave the room?

Of course. Luggage can be held until the guest wishes.

Is there a taxi service at BVR resort?

Is there Parking at BVR resort?

Yes, there’s free parking for our guests.

Is there a shuttle for the beach?

Yes, we offer a shuttle service for the beach, but only for KATA beach

Return to the Resort: Available From 4 – 6 pm

All the Guests who book directly on this Official Website have Free WI-FI in their room and throughout the hotel.

can I print my plane tickets, or other?

Of course. The reception can meet all your printing needs. This service is not free.

The BVR resort have a information service?

The reception is available to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable: general information, taxi bookings, reservations for trips to the islands, evening shows in Phuket, car or motorbike rental and many other services can be arranged at client’s request.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in a room?
  • Superior room: 2 people (possibility adding 1 extra bed)
  • Deluxe room: 2 people (possibility adding a bunk bed for 2 adults or children)
  • Suite Garden room: 2 people (possibility adding a bunk bed for 2 adults or children) ” Suite Garden rooms, can also be connecting rooms, recommend to ask availability at time of booking.

Please note; some of our rooms can also accommodate a baby-cot

Is it possible to request the addition of an extra bed?

Of course. It is possible to request the addition of an extra bed. The cost varies from the season period  “high” “low” “peak” season.

All rooms have an electronic safe installed.

Loss, Damage, Or Theft Of Personal Items
The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available
for the safekeeping of these items.

The nearest airport is the “Phuket International Airport“. It takes some 60 minutes by taxi to reach our hotel. 46 KM away from the BVR.

    Deposit: (30%), Balance (70%) in hotel upon CHECK-IN

What’s the cancellation policy at BVR resort ?

Standard fare:

• Cancellations received over 25 days before arrival won’t incur any fees.
• Cancellations received within 25 days before arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the reservation value.
• Cancellations received within 10 days before arrival must pay the entire reservation value.
• In the event of non-arrival at the Hotel, this will be considered as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
• Early check-out; the entire reservation value will be charged by the hotel.

No refund rate: free cancellation is not allowed. The full amount is charged immediately after the booking.

However, the cancellation policy is always explained in the booking voucher.

What pricing policy does the BVR resort have for children?
  • Infant 0-3 year(s)
    Stay for free if using existing bedding. Note, if you need a cot, please select 1 children on the reservation module and put Children;s ages: 0-3 years, not there an extra charge.
  • Children 4-12 year(s)
    Must use an extra bed. Guest over 12 years old are considered as adults.
Are pets permitted?

Sorry, though we love animals, (including small ones) are not admitted in the hotel.
